The Model Code Agency®

The MODEL CODE Agency is a black lead model management agency created specifically for aspiring models aged 16-30+. The agency is split into 4 divisions: ModelCodeMAN, ModelCodeWOMAN,ModelCodeCURVE and ModelCodeKIDS.

We provide model representation and artist promotion to clients throughout the United Kingdom. The Company was founded by Mr Ashley Pitter in January 2016.

All of the models on our books are from all walks of life; no matter what race, religion or size they are...thats what makes us different to a lot of agencies out there.

As there are lots so competition out there we are not fully trying to set ourselves apart from them; we will be inspired by them and that will help us to more engage with the demographic we are working with and our clients.

The models do various types of photo-shoots, some video-shoots, runway shows, live fashion shows, hosting events and more! 

As we as helping models the agency also tries to bring to light the aspiring creatives that make the whole thing possible; from makeup artists and hairstylists to photographers and videographers.

The agency is committed to the purpose fulfilling our company’s agenda of expanding across the region. We aim to establish ethical standards that will bring vital changes to the fashion industry by empowering the models themselves. 

Our mission is geared towards our models being discovered and harness knowledge and skillsets to make an indelible mark in their career while incorporating the cultures of local and international with our corporate communities. In developing our models our approach is personal and our service is built around our mission to provide opportunity and representation for our models.

The Agency was nominated 'Best Model Agency' in 2016 at the Afro Model Awards; We was nominated and again in 2017 and won. We also won 'Best Model Agency' for 3 years running at the CA Awards.

Our future goal is to get modelling into schools as an extra curricular activity; just like music and drama. We have realised that a lot of people want to enter the modelling/fashion industry but don't know how; so end up in the wrong agencies or involved with photographers which aren't right for them.
